Welcome to our website!
Our family's adventure into exhibition poultry started in 2001 when the kids started in 4H. We now have specialized to just Bearded Silkies and the two main programs being black & white. I am in my third year working with a AOV project Paints. Over the years we have owned & bred all the standard colors in silkies and did very well at the shows. We also had call ducks, bantam oe, dewlaps, sebbies, standard cochins and bantam cochins. But kids grow up and find other interests so now we are just down to mom's flocks & projects.
Thankfully the kids still like to make a lil money on the side so I still get help with all the chores, lol
But the kids have sold off their flocks of birds and its just me showing open division at the shows.
We started to show in 2004 and manage to make a few shows each year. Mainly the midwest areas, but we have gone to CO, NM, OK, IN, KS, NE, IA, MO, MN, WI, OH. Traveling for the shows has been a fun family event and we love hanging with our friends at the shows!
We have relocated so will be showing in a number of new states OH, MO, KY, GA, AL, TN!

Reserve Champion Featherleg for the 2010 APA Nationals with a black hen "Diamond"!
